About
My name is Lloysa Gallery. I have a Double Masters Degree in Psychology and Professional Counseling. I have a National Certification as a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have had the pleasure of being able to work with children and families for the past 15 years. At Future & Hope Counseling Services, my mission is to help support positive change in others and help people to see the hope in themselves. Hope for the future means another day of learning, growing, and changing.


Family Therapy/Group Therapy
Family therapy and group therapy will consist of sessions between 60-90 minutes catering to the goals for the family or specific group based on needs.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy consists of anywhere from 20-60 minutes of individual goal based treatment.

At Future & Hope Counseling Services LLC, there are a variety of options to suit a variety of needs. I offer couples counseling, co-parenting services for separated/divorced couples, play therapy for children, therapy for anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children ages 3-17 who have been through trauma. Services offered include both individual, family, and group based off of preferences and need. Both telehealth and in person sessions offered at this time. My practice is guided by legal and ethical standards that provides individuals with assessment, diagnosis, psycho-education, and guidance towards your personalized goals. Christian counseling available upon request.

Adults ages 18 + may enter services to work on mental, emotional, and spiritual needs ranging from depression, anxiety, body image, trauma, personality disorders, couples who are struggling in their relationships, etc.

Fee Scale:
All fees are based off on either individual, family, or group sessions and based on time from 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute sessions. I currently do not offer a sliding scale fee. Private pay fees are due at time of services. If you hold commercial insurance, it is your responsibility as the client to check your insurance plan benefits. All other billing and eligible benefits will be processed during billing period monthly. Most insurance plans are accepted. Co-pay and deductible fees apply at time of service unless otherwise discussed between you and your therapist. If you do not give 24 notice for cancellation, there is a $35 fee that you will be responsible for prior to scheduling your next appointment. Your case will be closed after 30 days of no contact, no communication, or scheduled appointments. If additional fees are incurred by 3rd party contacts, extended phone calls, emails, letters written, educational meetings, or court appearances this will be discussed between client and therapist prior to.

Code of Conduct:
The State of Michigan requires counselors to adhere to a specific Code of Conduct that is determined by the Board of Counseling. If, at any time, you feel that your legal or ethical rights have been violated as a client, you may file a complaint with:

Client Responsibilities and Rights:
Clients have the right to information concerning your treatment and care. I encourage questions, comments, and feedback to help continue established trust and rapport. Clients are expected to keep appointments and notify me if they are seeing another healthcare professional. Clients have the right to terminate the counseling process at any time for any reason. I have the right and ethical responsibility to terminate counseling and offer a referral to another counselor or another health care professional as is requested.
In Case of Emergencies:
In case of a dire emergency (such as suicide attempts or anxiety attacks) please call your local hospital or 911. 988 for Suicide and Crisis Hotline. I will always do my best to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your message via phone, Facebook business page, or website to best assist you.
supervision services
Lloysa Gallery now offers supervision services for limited licensed professional counselors both individually and in group settings.
Lloysa is certified for supervision services after completion of 45-hour NBCC-approved contact hours and is now designated as a Mentoring Institute Trained Supervisor (MITS).
The supervision services offered by Lloysa meets supervision training requirements for the Michigan Board of Counseling.

My name is Rachel Mellentine, LLPC. I have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I’m passionate about helping people through their life struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, personal growth, relationship and family problems. I use a cognitive behavioral and psychoeducation approach to help provide clients with techniques and knowledge. My name is Karlie David, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's student at the University of Providence. I am still exploring my areas of practice and am open to working with a diverse range of clients. As a former college athlete, I have a strong passion for supporting athletes who may need mental health assistance. I am also deeply interested in working with individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and substance use concerns. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds.
